i stand behind the MMO or ATF. try that and then come back. also might want to have extra spark plugs handy. the ones in there are good or new right?

Did you try a pull start on the motor?Alot of rebuilt motors need to be pull(bomb) started the first few times till the compression builds up.If you have less than 50 psi right now tho your motor doesn't sound to healthy.Get it running and test it again tho just to be safe.
A newly rebuilt motor with new seals shouldn't need pull starting. If put together with vaseline should just start. ATF certainly can be used, but if compression is that low that it needs pull starting, the rotor housing are probably worn and that's why it takes a while for the apex seals to bed in before getting a bit more compression.

If the motor was shipped from Japan then it could be that the assembly lubricant has dried up a little and not giving good startup compression, so I would put some ATF in the thing and give it a go!

It has started... Thank God...

I did not try cranking it much in the night... in the morning when we cranked it it started.... I think it needed some lubrication....

Ok here it goes

First it started after a long crank and idling wad at 1300 rpms... Then the rpms dropped to 1100... The shut off the car and let it cool down... checked the water oil.. and then started again idling was at 1100 rpms but after five mins of idling at 1100 rpms the rpms went up to 1300... I let it idle for 10 mins... and then let it cool down... In the third time the idling was at 1100 rpms but after 5-7 mins came down to 850 rpms stayed there...

Ok this is all before i drove it... All in all i think i let it idle for 30-45 mins in the garage...

Now i am driving it... Nothing more than 2000 rpms... I drove it 35 kms today...How long before i should take it to 3000 rpms and boost... when should i change the oil and filter being extra careful.. when should i change the plugs...

I know these are alot of questions but this is my first new engine...

glad its running. i think the oild changes are at 250, 500 and 1000 miles. i did mines at 600 and like 1200. im lazy......

as far as driving i think it goes the same. after every oil change u can up the rpms a grand or so. again, i think i redlined mines like on the first week of driving it.....
