Don't get me wrong.. I would love to see Rotary FD's get in the game with other drift cars.. But I think some think you have to have a different motor to do so.. Thats not true.. a 2 rotor 13b could make 600HP if someone wants to.. look at what Crispeed can do with large single and built turbo?



Bottomline, I think those who either give up on rotaries or lack knowledge about rotaries tends to go with "other" engines.. But they don't think about other issues they might face... Get to know the engine and you'll see that rotaries are just as good as V8, I6, or any engines out there.. 20B's are good or better than most modified V8s out there.. and for 20K, I would put one of those in an FD than some supra engine or corvette engine... And these days, its STILL very rare to see.

I am very entertained with this thread. I don't mind people dreamin. Most of it stays exactly as that. I have been there with my own projects (repu,dune buggy) So with that said I'll wait to see if anything comes of it. My guess would be no. I doubt we will see much of you after this thread. I wanted to ask a question though. Why would you want to drop cash into a new paint job on a drift car? I didn't see the logic in that one. Not like the typical "I'm going to swap the rotary engine" had a lot of logic behind it either but hey it's your cash.

Anyway I'm going to go change the siding on my house because I want something different than my neighbors.
