Im in the middle of doing this conversion but have no instructions. If there is any of you that have it that may have some pointers let me know. I was able to get the light installed but it sits way to low (when closed) and the cover is not flush with the rest of the car. It is a complicated set up and i cant figure out how to adjust it as there are no adjusting screws for it.

does it use the stock headlight covers? approx. how low does it sit?
any pics of the innards of the kit? you said there are no adjusting screws for it, but what does it use to reglate the height? maybe some type of arm or actuator?

"How low does it sit?" do you mean when in the down position where im having the problems, or up compared to the stock set up? The adjusting screws for the head light on the stock set up uses the four screws surrounding the light. On this it is done by a bolt on each side. Losen them and you can move the light around.
The hight is adjusted by the arm that goes from the motor to the cage. I have it positioned all the way up now but when the light is in the down position it sits too low. If i put the arm in any other spot the light bounces a lil before it makes its full movement.

In the down positon i would say about 3/8".
The reasoning for the bounce (i think) is because the light has to do its full cycle every time you use them. If the arm is in the wrong spot then its not making the full up or down movement. So when you go to put them up the next time it finishes that last part of the cycle (looks like its going to go up, like a small smooth bounce) and then does its new cycle

The arm mounts the same as on the stock set up pretty much. It has a pivot ball at the motor and on the cage. Its just a shorter arm.......
The stock set up has rubber stoppers to adjust the light from going too high or low. On this kit it has one for when the light raises, but nothing for when it comes down
