Well in our 93 rx-7 the dual fan seems to not be functioning correctly. I cant drive the car on the road yet but at idle and after it gets warm the fan doesnt seem to turn on. I know that if you turn the a/c on the fan should auto turn on, well it still didnt. I checked the fuse under the hood and it was fine. Am i jumping to conclusions here and if im not is there a way to test the fan to see if it works. thanks

 

there are 4 fan relays. all together on passenger side fender, by the coolant fill
