woohoo my rims are here! gotta order tires and have them mounted. can't to put on them on the car when it moves. i should be able to fit 245/40/17 on the front and 275/40/17 on the back right ? rims are 17x8 and 17x9

It depends on the offsets. What sizes did Racing Beat use?

it only came with two blown tires on the rear. 255/40/17



offset is +35

Running 255's all around would make the car handle better than with staggered sizes. Staggered sizes usually induce understeer.

Well, maybe in a straight line, but having the same size all around helps make the handling more neutral. 255's up front and 275's out back wouldn't be too staggered.

i can't run 255's up front. biggest i can go is 245 i believe. i still think i want 245/40 and 275/40
