MSD 8207 coils. HELP

MSD 8207 coils. HELP
Good day people,
I have a 3rd Gen and purchased a pair of MSD8207 Blaster SS coils to install on the leading. Did it and now i am have an issue with no power and engine breaking up when accelerating.
The coils are hooked up using the OEM ignitor. I am not sure if im required to install a resistor or not.
I do not know what to do. Please help.
