Motor mount? Which ones?
Jason, IMO the sexiest engine mounts without a doubt are KSP Engineering's... they are beautiful but do come with a pricetag @ 48,000 jpy

Yeah those KSP are cool. Solid, but
that rubber may cut down on the vibration
factor..

I sent mine to Rotorsports Racing in NC... solid polyurethane mounts, they rebuilt mine and shipped mine back in 3 days, they are awesome, motor doesn't even move, and they are lightweight aluminum, they replace the whole mount.. give them a call @ 704-933-6222
i run solid mounts that i made from aluminum, my car also has a solid tranny brace that attaches the tranny to the chassis (not just PPF), and a HPI engine torque brace w/dampner.
my impressions... the tranny brace is annoying because i now hear all kinds of internal tranny noises that arent noticeable without the brace.
the torque brace didn't add any extra noise or vibration, and is by far the best motor stifining/holding in place mod
the solid mounts on the motor were just plain a bad idea. they give the car soo much vibration that i dont even enjoy driving it anymore. i thought about going with hockey pucks, but from past experience with them (5 yrs ago on a 13BT BMW) i noticed that they litterally turn to moosh after oil and gasoline soak into them. 3rd gens, and my car in particular like to leak oil, so the hockey puck thing would only be temporary.
i think i'm gonna go polyurethane on the drivers side (the side that always breaks) and stock on the passanger side. this, allong with the tranny brace and torque brace should keep the motor and PPF where they belong.
now..... who has a kazz rear for sale??
