It depends what you want. The stock is around 22 lbs. This heavier wheel makes it smoother for street use.

A lighter Steel Flywheel (19lbs) is good for street cars with occasional autocrossing and drag racing. The engine will rev a bit quicker than stock and starting from a dead stop is only mildly affected.

An aluminum Flywheel (around 12 lbs) should be ok for both the street and racing (autocrossing and road racing, not recommended for drag racing). The engine will rev a a lot quicker than stock and starting from a stop requires more slipping of the clutch.

There are lighter, but I don't have much experience to offer there.

I have a SR 9.5 and love it; It was like going from a diesel truck to a motorcycle. I was originally planning on keeping my stock flywheel as a backup, but after I drove just one block with the 9.5 it won me over. I have a ported motor and do a lot of stop and go driving. The loss of momentum from the flywheel hasn't been a problem. The main difference is that it is less forgiving of mistakes. Eg: if the clutch is let out too abruptly the car will stall rather than shudder.

I can't say much about what is faster at the drag strip, but I can tell you that I do not have a problem getting a clean launch at 3800 rpms without doing unholly things with my clutch.

I bought mine as a set from SR Motorsports. (srx7.com)

It was a little under a grand shipped for flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, and a couple bearings. Stop thinking and start spending
