Alright fellas, this pipe is 1/16" SS, with clean welds, and decent 'spacial' fittment... HOWEVER, DO NOT BUY IT.
The lower front stud will not clear the edge of the pipe.. I'm in the process of fabbing some sort of stud/bolt/spacer combo to get it in....

uhh, did you take the oem studs out and use new bolts? that should be done before the install....i have installed these and know they fit w/out peril. brian also has one, and it fits fine....what gives..

Okay.. did some working out.... There were no bolts included, but he was nice enough to give me 2 cat gaskets! Anywho... the pipe was welded too close to the holes on the flange. there was zero clearance.. The head of a bolt or the nut on the stud would not fit flush against the flange.. I ended up buying some M10x1.50 Hex Socket (Allen Head) bolts, and fabbing some spacers, to lift the heads of the bolts off of the flange.. Nearly and inch off, on one hole.
The DP is now seated properly on the turbo flange, and it's tight, but the holes that accept the studs from the main cat are "twisted" ab out 2 degrees. After struggling with twisting the main cat to match the holes on the DP, I've decided to remove the entire exhaust, and re-install it, working from the DP back.
I'm not too disappointed with anything, I suppose.. After all, it was only $195. If I had paid for the M2 pipe and it fit like this, I'd be a little more upset.
I have to say, rxplicit and rxotic have been more than helpful though, and that REALLY makes me happy :bigok: ! I'll let everyone know how it turns out, and I might try and snap some pics of the trouble zones.
