I feel your pain. I made a james bond attachment for my car. I cut the upper and lower part of the plate off, so it will fit in the front bumper hole. attached it with a hinge, and added a cable that goes into the car. I leave the plate up, but if I see a cop, I push the caple and the plate comes down! If i get around to it, I'm going to change it to a motorized setup.

I just say thanks, put the plate on for a day, drive down get the ticket off, then take it off in the parking lot and drive off LOL

i got a ticket for no plate in the front. easy to fix. just pay the fine and eave it in the window. first thought when i got pulled over was that he was gonna get me for my mods. btw it took 30 mins to start my car after getting pulled over. damn leaky injectors. sometimes i dont miss that car

gotta mount it in front here in jersey............ but its a nice way to cover up the defect on the 99 spec bumper(stupid license plate box)
