I hav'nt done it in a while but, there are 3 screws on the underneath cover of the steering column. Once you take the top and bottom covers off, you can see the switch, don't quote me on this, but I think you will have to take off the steering wheel to get the switch off

 

where is the fuse to cut the lights in the meanwhile til i fix this, so i dont hafta keep disconnectin and connectin the battery?
