Lack Of Power
#1
okay, everyone here knows that at around 3 grand you feel the first turbo kick in as your pushed into your seat. well, for some reason now i am not getting the thrust i know i should. also my turbos sound REALLY loud. i would say they are 3 maybe 4 time louder now when spooling(could be from the exhaust leak i know i have). i thought the problem was the clutch at first(wishful thinkinh), but now that that its in i know there is serious power missing. i have not gotten my boost gauge in yet, i ordered last weekend. could it be a stuck solenoid, or maybe a turbo on it's last legs? i feel the power kick at 5 grand almost like before, but i really can't tell. i do know the the BOV is still loud even around like 3500 to 4000 rpm. i just don't have enough turbo expeirience to make an educated guess. sorry so long guys. thanks for your input.

if you have a loud "whoosing of air" than that could only meen one of the coupler has split or became loose. You should check all the couplers from and to Intercooler, especially the one from the y-pipe to the plastic crosover tube.

great news guys pulled off the stock air box piping and the hose leading from the turbo the the BOV had come off. pulls hard now, and the 6 puck looooves it! i'm not sure but i might have chripped 4th . i guess it's just a matter of time before i replace the rear or a input shaft....oh well!!!!
