Koyo Radiator Problems
#1
I installed my new Koyo radiator today and it fit for the most part. The two brackets that were bolted to the upper sides on the factory radiator, I had to turn them around because the koyo was to thick and they wouldn't bolt to the car right.
Second, I am wanting to run the stock intercooler but with the koyo being thicker, it makes the cooling fans stick up a little higher and inturn won't let the intercooler mount properly. What kind of mods are needed to get this to fit correctly?
Thanks Guys!

sweet93,
I got mine to fit without cutting anything....
There are a couple placed to look for tight fitment....
1) if you can get the car up...go under the car and make sure the rubber stopper pegs are set in the mounting holes (which are part of the swaybar bracket) as deep as you can
2) machine the upper brackets so the "U" portion is longet or take off the bracket to see how deep you need it to sit.
I got the intercooler to sit with this set up but it is still TIGHT! No hood rubbing
Good luck
