Sorry, but I think your engine is going to pass away. But good luck, and buy the way where are you located?

Hi,

Yeah i think so too.... I had the guy check the compression on all four spark plugs... He said that it was good on two and weak on two... he said the upper right and the lower right plugs had less compression the rest of the two were fine.....

Oh and i am in Pakistan... there are only 10-12 rx-7s here so no experts...

Thanks alot guys

Sounds like you lost a seal Now welcome to the wonderful world of rebuilding a 13b! Every Rx7 owner is there at one time or another, some more than others!

Get a compression check done! Then you will know for sure!

you only need to check a front and a rear spark plug...top and bottom doesn't matter. Just pull out the bottom one and do the check like that. Like I said...3 whooshes for the front, 3 whooshes for the rear.

YES, it can be the spark plugs. It will run like crap. BUY NEW PLUGS and then try it. If it still runs like ****...it's probably blown.

Already put in new spark plugs still the same... could it be an injector... Also is the compression supposed to be weak on two plugs?? I hope i am not being too stupid... just that i have a lot on my mind with work and now this

Does anyone know where i cud get a race preped engine from? That too without sending my core cuz then the shipping will kill me...

thanks

What do you want motor wise and powerwise? More importantly what type of money are you willing to spend?

You need to tear the motor apart and see what needs to be replaced and go from there.
