not only does our cars provide a sense of anxiety as far as reliability...

Get the Blitz. I got to see one yesterday, and it's a really good intercooler. I don't like how the piping is run, but it's definitely better than the greddy 2 row. The 3 row is what you want, even for stock twins.

FMIC = running hot or overheating for street or track.



FMIC = less heat soak at the drags

i don't overheat and none of my friends do with FMIC's........... on the street or track....

I'm also looking into getting a Blitz fmic, I just want to make sure I buy the right one. I have the stockers now , but I will be going single bye next winter.

Vosko:



You know that overheating is a common problem with FMICs, I've got a friend that has the RX-7 Fashion FMIC that has occasional overheating. Not just cruising down the freeway but climbing hills while following slower moving cars.



Lets put it this way then, engine operating temps will be higher with a FMIC than with a SMIC. Do you agree with that? Do you have a real temp gauge?



Stock FDs overheat on the track under certain conditions (really hot outside), a FMIC in front of the rad isn't going to make the car run cooler.
