Replaced:

big top o ring

small bottom o ring

rubber seat

air bleed sockets

I coated them with oil and reinstalled them... and now the primaries are still leaking... I can smell it and see a little bit of fuel on top of the injector holder...

what else could it be?? the injector itself??

I have been dealing with this myself. I changed everything you mentioned plus swapped the rail out. I even sent them off to RC twice, and they did not leak for them. Its got to be the injectors themselves. Mine are leaking once the engine gets hot. I got two on the way from a 96 car. I'll let you know if that fixes the problem.

we usually see them leak out of the electrical connection itself, its the injectors

How bout some sort of silicone .. just a small amount inside where they connect, just enough to seal, but not get in the way of the electrical contacts..
