Ah..maybe, I dunno, the mechanic called it a crankshaft bearing. I only saw it for a second looked like a small needle roller bearing about 10-15mm dia and plugged somewhere into the back of the motor housing. I was surprised something so small could make such a huge racket.



Sorry I cant be more descriptive Im a rotary nOOb, but give me a 2 stroke GP bike engine.....

I think he is refering to what we know as the pilot bearing. It sits in the rearend of the essentric shaft. You know in the little hole in the middle of your flywheel.

$10 in parts caused all of that worrying.
