eh.. with a stock computer, i'm sure thats where the problem really lies.. the car isn't getting the right fuel mixture for idle and such. The low idle could be running too lean, because you've ported your engine and well, needs more fuel. Get an ECU and see if that fixes it. I'm sure it will. Sometimes the hardest problems are the easiest to fix.

I have to agree with him.
A ported engine and no fuel adjustments whatsoever is not good.
