Question Humming with Slight Vibration...?

Hey Guys,

Im brand new to forums and the rotor world.
Let me introduce myslef, My names Angelo and im from Adelaide, Australia.
I drive a 2001 RX7 Bathrust R - Pic Below
Ive always been into V8's which I still have but love the rotor

I had it for a year now and slowly making changes/mods for its safety and reliability such as heating issues etc. which we all know about lol I have rebuilt the motor not long after I got it, changed the cooler and rad and dropped a Power FC in. The only Mods are the SMB dump pipe, Tien coilovers and litered with autoexe bars...

THE STORY:
One day, my clutch let go from 3rd to 4th gear.
The damage was; no clucth (Shredded to bits) and the flywheel bent. The clutch got replaced and the car was drivable again but there was a stack of vibration which i found out later was the flywheel being 9 degrees out.

I got the flywheel machined and refitted.

Since then, the car still seems to have a very very slight vibration and humming noise to it which of course escalates as you rev the motor. It makes no different if its in gear or the speed of the vehicle so I know the issue isnt past the gearbox.

Any ideas what the issue maybe from previous experiences would greatly help?
Thanks lads
