It really isn't that hard, I would say the downpipe is the hardest part. I would spray some lube of the bolts, make it a little easier.

Which bolts? I don't have any pics. Get started by taking all the stuff off the turbos, then the turbo bolts will be exposed better. I forgot earlier, because I don't have one anymore, but you need to take the Turbo control actuator off aswell. Its located on the bottom side.
Nope they are 14mm. and one 12. Go check.

You must be thinking of the motor mounts. There are not many 17mm's on the car. I can disassemble my entire car with a bag full of tools. Actually come to think of it I did just disassemble a whole car with a bagfull of tools.
I'll take your word for it, its dark outside. But my motor mount nuts are 14mm. I just tightend them down this evening while changing the oil, maybe my car is diffrent. And after thinking about the turbo bolts, im pretty sure I used a deepsocket 17mm. I can fit my whole tool box in a bag. It helps to have a few odd and helpfull tools though. Like angled needlenose pliers, extendable magnet, small screwdriver bits to use with a 1/4 socket, ice pick and hammer etc....

Anyways, we are getting
The two nuts on the bottom side of the motor mounts are 14mm yes, but the bolts to remove the actual motor mounts from the block are 17mm And that is what I am refering to.

The studs that mount the turbo are 14mm. And there is one 12mm.

They are defintely not 17mm get a flash light and go look

You cant school me dont try.

Im not off topic, you are. You cant handle the topic

Well, you made me go outside with a flash light and jack the car up, all while wearing nothing but my underwear, just to prove my point. The 3 nuts on the furthest left and the 3 on the furthest right are 17mm!!!! And these are the stock bolts. The 2 long bolts in the middle are 14mm, and the small nut is 13mm. So huh

I had to man. You called me out. I don't have a very good memory but, I've taken my turbos off several times. BNR just can't seem to get them right, they are already smoking again.

So, when you gonna hook me up with that window switch?

Actually since you think you know what your talking about (and you dont) Luckily I have a spare set of turbos that I just pulled off my parts car two days ago.

I went and searched through the jar and found the studs and there isnt a 17mm in the bunch. Imagine that!!

Im about to go down in my basement and prove that with my digi cam

A: Either you are full of **** and in fact did not go outside and measure jack **** or

B: You cant tell the difference between a 17mm and a 14MM

I'll be back with the pic in about 30 min. Brad.

Your about to look like a real genius.
