How Do You Check The Double Throttle Control

cant boost over 5psi have done the trouble shooting guide no luck

This is whats goign on. As you are accelerating it gets to about 4psi and you can hear air releasing. All gears the same thing. Im stumped. I cant find a vacum leak anywhere

the double throttle should be closed under about 75-80c water temp, after that it should be open.

as far as boost leaks you wanna look at the hose couplings they like to split

i just replaced the ic couplings follwing t/s guide do u think it could be the pills

It could be the pill, or check the large black lines from the y pipe to the chareg relief valve.
