How do the 99 spec lights mount? Is there any drilling or modifications involved?

they are mounted through two holes on the bumper......then you just screw the nuts on the other side of the bumper

looks exactly the same as 99 spec lights ...... so if you saw theirs.... you saw mine... its just brighter... thats all
