I will do Hose Job, and replace all fluid.

What Transmission Fluid should I use (Redline MT90?). The gear box grind a little at 5 geat so I think I need transmisson fluid replace soon.

How about differential fluid (RedLind 75w90)Should I get aluminum AST tank or just bypass it. For DP, exhaust and Intake upgrade, do I need reprogram the ECU?

Hope you guys can give me suggestion.

Have fun!

Get an aluminum ast. It's there for a reason.

Definetly get a downpipe. that way you wont clog up you main catalytic convertor and cause your engine to run very very hot.

Also, just in case you didnt know, watch what kind of mods you do to your car. You have to make sure to compensate your fuel system to hold up to perfomance mods.

Congratulations!! I know how it feels to drive an FD, and they are badass!!

Is that going into 5th gear?

If so, it is a 5th gear synchro problem which is a very common failure. A relatively easy fix(by a knowledgeable mechanic) once the transmission is out.

A bearing? Or a synchro?
