technically it cant be done, the epa says it must be obd2, and its not. however, since it is the government it can be done

I have one allready......its simple to get.

I just swam over to Japan( took only a few days) and drove it back.

It now has 467381kms on it, rusty from all the salt water(put it on pontunes and rowed it back over)and is worth about as much as a Pinto.

If anyone else wants one just PM me...i'll send you full detailed instructions with directions on how to get your own..........
