There are 4 screws. Three on the top, and one on the rear of the bracket, the screw is parallel to the ground. that one is a bitch to get out, i had to use vice grips.

finally pulled all the **** out.. just have to pull the turbos, LIM, and dp now.. it didnt' take long.. i just decided to cut the little bracket which attaches the rats nest to the fuel lines with some cutters instead of trying to get that damn rear screw out.. worked well.. would be a wise decision to do if you are having trouble getting it in or out.. i'd cut that sob.. so you don't have to worry about the screw anymore...
I'll keep ya'll updated and post some pics.. i'm going non-seq btw now.. just can't stand the mess!

Yeah, i didnt bother putting the 4th screw back into the bracket. I dont want to mess with that again.
Its amazing how much faster you can do everything under there when you have done it before. It took me a long time to figure out how to get all that crap off. Now that i have done it, i can pull the manifold in no time at all.

well my engine is completely bare now, maybe i'll post pics if there is any interest? I've gotten to the FPD and it looked new.. rubber nipple looked fine.. so i guess i'll just end up replacing it anyways along with the fuel lines, just to be extra safe. The LIM was on there good, metal gasket and some sealer.. pettit did the rebuild for the previous owner..
Guess i'll just go through the fuel system and see whats up.. can't wait to get it back together non-seq

I have that fuel smell as well. But i know it's the secondary injetors arnt seating right you can see the fuel puddle up. I'll fix it whenever i get around to my new fuel system this winter. It never caused any real problems for me other than my whole car allways smells like gas.
