Fuel pump only works with F/P & GND jumper
I purchased an FD yesterday and the guy said he replaced the fuel pump. The car seem to work fine until I ran it up to about 4500 one time going up a hill and it stumbled.
I can not hear the pump run with the ignition set to ON. I can only hear the pump with a jumper on the F/P & GND.
