Not sure why but no matter what I do the fuel pump won't turn on. I've jumpered the diagnosis plugs to try to prime the fuel but nothing happens, i don't hear any humming coming from the fuel pump at all. Also, a white wire with a red stripe was cut and replace down by the fuel pump itself with a thicker wire. The problem is, that wire was cut from wherever it came from. Anyone happen to know where i connect this wire to?

Try bleeding off the fuel pressure before you attempt to start the pump.

Also, your anti theft may prevent pump start up or possibly the oil pressure switch

circuit may show no oil pressure. Bad oil pressure sender/switch?

Pump might actually have failed!
