Flywheel Resurfacing

How do you know when a flywheel should be resurfaced? I have 89k on the orginial flywheel. What should the cost be. I have seen that it will increase the clutch life. I am either going with the ACT 6 puck or the SPEC 4 puck w/ sprung hub.

I thinkn it is recommmended to get it done everytime you change the cluthc. I just had one done for like $35. Looks brand new.
