all subjective.. imho understand the functionality..

although how much of an advantage for such a slight angle difference from the stocker.. on a street car...

aesthetically.. give it the thumbs down..

Looks are very subjective but I for one do not like the look of mirrors on the fenders at all.

i got a thumbs WAY down for people with extreme looking hoods and fenders with STOCK front bumper

if you gonna get kitted up go all out dont do half oem and half crazy, my own .02

LOL! Aren't we little defensive...

You do know that 15th anni Mazdaspeed kit is also OEM Mazda parts too right?? Just because you might of bought it from some cheap replica store doesn't mean its aftermarket..

In a way, you are also half OEM and half Crazy! LOL!

Oh, I forgot... Just wait few more months.. my second FD will be ALL crazy!! LOL!

And I'll have 3rd FD that will be All Stock!

So, 1- half crazy half stock, 1- all crazy, and 1-all stock.. I'll have all combo possible.

uhh , ok. i guess your one of those guys who thinks you acually turn heads with a stock looking fd?

Yes, I've turned heads with stocking looking FD's... Since you think 99 OEM parts are stock.. when I had all 99 spec'd FD, it turned more heads than others with cheap knock of body kits that were done half *** (not sayiing your particular car).

case you didn't know. this is a classic car mod and all classic cars in japan were like this including classic re cars.

I wouldn't call FD's classic cars.. its a modern day sports car! Sure its 13 years old, but it sure isn't classic.

and it allows you to see better without having to turn your head to see the mirrors and no blind spot.

Thats hard to believe.. But sure... Or you could put a small wideangle, circular, blind spot eliminator thingie.. costs 2 bucks and better viewing angles all around.. You comparing functionality of stock vs fender mirrors are rediculous... There are also problems with Fender mirrors too.

I like them if they fit the car but to fit the car you really need to have a R.E car or something of that nature. maybe a JGTC car???

Actually I could care less about turning any more heads than my cars already does. I don't get my kicks from my mirrors and mine work just fine as is. If you want to get mirrors on the fenders of your car by all means knock yourself out. It's not my business what one does with their own car.

However it is my business how you carry yourself in this forum. He asked our opinion "Thumbs up, or thumbs down?" I very simply replied "thumbs down" without any wiseass remarks. Something you seem to overlooked.

I guess your one of those guys who doesn't have the brains enough not to shoot your mouth off at the moderator.
