I think 14K for a good quality FD with low milage is a good price. When I was looking this summer that sounds about what I was finding. I bought a 93 R1 with 120k, turbos and motor rebuilt at 100k, and wheels and some bolt-ons for $10,500. It wasn't perfect, but the cost to fix what isn't perfect versus what came with the car was worth it to me. The milage was a concern, but I didn't have $15,000 at the time. The car has been great so far. So $14,000 for a quality car is a good price.
I agree, but re-read the original post. He thinks he can import a low mileage RHD and do the modification to LHD for 14k or less. I just don't think that dog hunts.

Umm, excuse me? My car was bought with 57k on original turbo and motor and it has run sweet for 3k miles now...doesn't overheat, overboost, have leaks, etc.
It's been well maintained and unmolested...period.
Thanks.

I bought my 94 in sept. It is bone stock unmolested w/ 62,000 on it. I bought it off an older man who only drove it on weekends. I paid 14,500 and felt like I got a seal. So if you are concered about spending 15,000 you need to buy a FC.
