I have purchased a vacuum line replacement kit and would like to remove emissions. What do I need to be careful of? How do I find out what vacuum hoses and emissions I can remove. Where do I get block off plates and is there a list of parts of what I will need? I am planning on doing intake, intercooler, down pipe, cat replacement, cat back, aluminum AST and un-pressurizing my cooling system. Additionally, I am looking at a PSE ECU and Power AFC. Naturally, I will need to up size the injectors. I have been working on my sons FC and we have done a lot of this on his. We are now trying to stabilize the idle. TPS is adjusted and we believe we have eliminated all the vacuum leaks. When we first started it it idled steady at 1500 but started to surge after warming up. The throttle body mod has been done.

be wary of the brittle solenoid nipples..

cut the hose first to split them off the nipple...

pullin em will cause aggrevation...
