Just checking... Figured this is the quickest place to get an answer... I was running some preliminary power checks with the EGI fuse pulled... Does that control the ECU? Seems logical that it would... Just wondering cause when I turned the key the PFC wasn't on.

Yes EGI fuse controls ECU. At least in a manual.
