If I only have a Pettit downpipe and FEED plug wires will an ECU be needed if I get a throttle elbow, intercooler piping, and BOV?? I figured the only mod that I would have there that would require an ECU would be the downpipe. I was planning to install the Apexi PFC after I installed an intake, but I'm just wondering if the throttle elbow, BOV, and pipes would require the ECU. I can't see how they would though.

Nah as long as the boost stays under 10lbs you are fine.
