as most of you know i broke my diff casing and NOW MY RE-AMEMIYA LSD! i have to change it again. i have a brand new TII clutch type LSD coming. i decided to call the US distributor for kaaz. after talking for about 15mins. he told he has ZERO kaaz failures and if it does fail he can repair them for $250. he said the re diff i have is NOT a kaaz unit. i told him my symptoms, low speed turns car tries to wheel hop.... he said i probably broke a spider gear in the diff. anyway i think i am going to purchase a kaaz rear this way if i ever break it i can have the unit repaired in the USA. that is the end of my sad story

again i try to go cheap and pay more later..... god i love rx7's!

 

you know you're going about this the wrong way, you need a really big rubber band. tie it around the end of the track, and presto!

you should try drag racing scooters. Its cheaper.

 

nothing left to do but make sure i don't break the same thing twice

 

i never knew a RE-A diff was considered cheap.



i always thought u had the stock LSD

 

my stock torsen LSD broke as soon as i got the car on the road.... i guess i didn't go cheap i just made the wrong choice... live and learn !
