Couple Weird Noises From The Rear

if it moves alot that is bad. S13's don't have PPF's

I recently had the same clunking noise on stops and starts. It turned out to be my toe link bushings. Jack the rear of the car up. Grab the wheel in a 9 and 3 position and trying pushing on one side while trying to pull on the other side, alternately (jiggle the wheel). If you are able to move the wheel your toe link bushings are probably bad.

sweet thanks guys i will check out most of this today and keep you posted. Also i do see a bit of movement when i am on and off the gas. It is not a lot, in fact very little but i did notice it. Any ideas?

It does seem like the wheel is moving slightly and it makes kind of little clunks and squeaks as i do it. What parts did you have to replace?
