I would find a set of used turbos instead of rebuilds. Most rebuilds don't seem to hold up very well. Definately go non sequential. Replace all water hoses/thermostat.

Don't worry about pullies or any of that dumb ****. Save for a computer. You will get alot more out of a computer then some $250 set of pullies. Just a pettit or M2 ecu would work fine and can be found for $250-500 used.

Don't buy a SAFC. Its a waste of money.

JT has used FD turbos with less than 25,000 on them for 525.95 I think that's the shipped price.

As for computer, Justin is right. Any computer is better than none, and worth the bucks in performance gains! My PMS box is everything I need for less than $500.

Go ahead and replace the thermostat and Radiator cap when you replace the radiator. I would recomend replacing all the coolant hoses too.
