It looks like he already did. But IMHO, you should clear it at least once and then double check to see that if it comes back, you counted properly, and don't have mulitiple codes. It only takes a minute and can save you some trouble on rare occasions. And FWIW, code 16 is the EGR for CALIFORNIA cars only. Otherwise, it's 28.
