thanks for the quick response turbovr6...yeah, i definitely took the elbow off but even getting one or two fingers on the plug to pull it, its back is right against the oil filler neck assembly so it doesn't wanna come completely off?? this is the tightest space?? i was able to do L1&2 and that was pretty tight but T1 is like totally surrounded and i have kinda small hands(oops, too much information).

Loosen the filler neck bolts. Do not take them completely out or you'll have one hell of a time getting them back in.

If you still can't get it, then take the throttle body off. It only takes a few minutes (the lower coolent hose is a PIA though).

Take off the upper intake manifold. Makes it soo much easier.

you guys like to work too much, if you take off the elbow you have enough room to change the wires

definetaly take off the upper intake manifold or at leas the throttle body.

Theres no way in hell I would put myself through the struggling of installing plug wires like that. It's hard enough even with the UIM off.
