the FD makes a great daily driver as long as you are comforitable in it. Mine was my daily/only car for 2 years, i put 40Kmiles as a daily.

the comfort level and some other issues made me re-think that. I now use an rx-8 as my daily.

I've asked the same question, as a buyer, I am concerned with the DD-qualities of the car.

I know I am planning on making it a Daily Driver, but not in the winter time. I live in NY, and the winter can get harsh. Although there are many days where it's cold and snow is on the ground, but the roads are nice and dry....

I've been told that my future plans for the FD (Stock, or close to it, maybe just some reliability/power adders...) merits a good/reliable DD.

I'm looking forward to more replies, nonetheless...keep em coming!

days like today are definately bad for FDs, specially if theyre lowered, like mines is. the bottom scrapes some and then theres that iced up driveway thats a lil too high and god knows what itll rip off the car. but other than that its all good as long as u take it easy on the roads....

if i have another car.... i would do the same thing as jay

but i just try to avoid snow.... when i get caught away from home when its snowing it always ends up to be a difficult drive home, when its snowing when im home, it doesnt leave the house.

It's a great daily driver for the right weather. I HATE driving my 7 in the rain...can't even imagine what it would be like in the snow.
