I'm recharging my 93 's A/C I'm replacing the expansion valve and I'm 100% that the expansion valve is sticking. I was wondering if anyone knew the location . I found the high pressure and low pressure side line but I can't find the exp valve. any help would be appreciated. Ron

under the intake pipes IIRC

 

the expansion valve is usually located inside the pipes close to the evaporator or it is in the evaporator..



the fill valves are under the intake pipes.. expansion valve is something totally different.

 

i thought it was in the evaporator case. attached to the lines with a temp element in the evap core
