that should show you what is involved and what you need to do
if you dont feel like you can do a good job of it many people just wire them open
but honestly its pretty easy
ya that throttle is already out are you screwing with me or can you really get the thing bored out more? sorry i'm still a dumb newbie in many aspects of the rotary motor but learning slowly the wheels turn although slow they still turn LOL.

Anyway, here is some info if you want us to do it, or you can have a QUALIFIED GOOD machinist do it in your area, and also get new butterflys made. Kind of a pain, its really easier to have us do it, but it requires more down time.
If this is a little out of your price range, but CLOSE we can have the same machine shop that did mine, do yours.

This throttle is great for responce. It requires you to send your old one here. The bore is 4mm over. We can provide a throttle to be bored for an additonal $99.95.
