These parts were ceramic coated in a colour called titanium. Going more for the gunmetal and black look under the hood over the polished stuff. Plus its functional due to the ceramic coating....

Those look nice. Are they smooth or cast rough still. I can't tell from the pictures. They just look flat.

That color is great, not too dull nor too dark and has an oem look to it. I like it better then the wrinkle coats. it's a good idea for heat allthough it's debatable and arguable with people. i would much rather the heat goes out the exhaust then radiate in the engine bay. a new main engine harness is about $750 and that's only one of them.

Ceramic coating is sprayed on then baked, so how ever the finish is underneath the coating will follow. The UIM has that cast feel so the coating is a bit rough, but not as bad as stock acctually. The Efini pipe was previously polished so the ceramic came out a bit smoother. Looks smoth to the eye but has a little stubble to the touch.

Actually now that i went and looked at it again, it is a lot smotther then i remembered. Its just that the coating is pourus so you do have some blemishes here and there.
