OK my car starts hesitating when the boost goes above 6psi... Then the power fc went crazy and started shwoing +.24 kg of boost even with the car off. If i would start the car up it would not go into negative vaccum would stay at 0 or + and hence black smoke and rough idle...so i took the Power fc off hoping it would work.. It worked.. The idling is fine now... Still 6psi + hesitation is there... what could be wrong??

Also the first time i boost after warming the car up to proper temperatures it makes a cracking noise... It is almost stock other than a cat-back....it makes the sound 2-3 times and then its gone

make sure you have your PIM Settings in the PFC set to normal and not Option1, 2, 3, 4... i'm sure thats your problem.

I have taken off the Power Fc the problem is still there... Nothing over 6-7psi of boost else it starts backfiring and hesitating...

check the readings for the MAP sensor, sounds like a bad one.
