Anyone Running The 280 Hp '99-on Type Rz Turbos ?

Just wondering how I can identify whether a set of turbos are RZ or not. Check out the pics. below. Tell me which one is an RZ and which one is not.

Last..........this one is a regular U.S. spec turbo.

The third pic. from the top.........there is clearly a machined line vs. the U.S. spec (last pic.) However, I do not see a black plastic lining on the housing.
