If you have an FD, can you go outside, pop the bonnet and look at your throttle body, the arm that the cable attatches to - twist it and tell me if both arms move at the same time please!!!

thats why the car runs like garbage right at first, and the ECU during warm up cycle also runs richer which doesn't help either for the start up

do you have a camera? Are you refering to the plates in the TB or the UIM itself? Sounds to me like you are talking about the Cruise control linkage.
