I have a single setup in my car, with a power fc.

When the car is cold i have to crank it for maybe 5-10 seconds, and when hot maybe 15-30 seconds. WHY???

It´s always been this way. The engine is rebuild, and it has been this way for 2 years...

Need help, sugestions???

there are two instances when my car did that....

once was because the car was not tuned properly and the other was after it was tuned, i had low fuel pressure at start up because of a dying battery.

has your car been tuned for that single turbo that you have?

If compression is good, and the plugs are new, how about plug wires and....maybe weak coils?
