should of had a headache rack. My dads loads have done that 3 times trucks good headache rack beat to **** haha.

I don't know if you could have secured that load, it may have slip no matter what, like Seppuku said you need the rack on the ******.

besides the headache rack and those straps i always stick a chain in the front and one in the rear in a way that it will not allow forward/rearward movement.. Chain is rated at 5k lbs but its a nice extra safety measure.. Lucky dude..
