You have a boost leak, sticking actuator, or a broken solinoid.

Which one or where is another question.

Not the map sensor....he'd be complaining about other stuff other than boost if it was the map.

Dude I told you what needs to be done.

It needs a hose job. You may possibly have more than one hose blown off.

You dont have to belive me if you wanna force your brother to drive around with a riced out car with no boost. If and when you ever get serious about fixing it let me know. Or pay someone else to do the hose job for you.

Its not gonna get fixed by trying to be cheap and patch it.

Good luck, i tried helping but you apperently dont want to hear the answer that I gave you. Sorrry but its the only way your going to fix your boost problem. If you dont belive me call any rotary shop in the United states and they will tell you the same.
