Air pump can go.

WIth the right duct work the rad should be fine. I've seen a front mount with the rad in the stock location but I thought most front mounts relocated the rad though...

(I've got a V mount so I'm not sure)

You will need to mount the rad vertical with your front mount IC

talkin about the a/c comdessor (looks like a smaller radiator) place it between the intercooler and the radiator once you have positioned the radiator vertically. make sure your fans are up to the duty though. may want to consider full time fan modification. (fans turn on and stay on as long as you have the car on) not run by relay

i am no aerospace engineer, but I know you want to have a belly pan that is as solid as possible for aerodynamic purposes at higher speed.
