hey i heard if you remove the cat you dont need the air pump is this troo becasue ive finaly got round to taking the engin out and want to know if i cang et rid of it also with this front mound intercooler do i need to replace my rad its alredy an aluminum one but it still sits at the stock angle

Air pump can go.

WIth the right duct work the rad should be fine. I've seen a front mount with the rad in the stock location but I thought most front mounts relocated the rad though...

(I've got a V mount so I'm not sure)

You will need to mount the rad vertical with your front mount IC

waht about the air con rad?

talkin about the a/c comdessor (looks like a smaller radiator) place it between the intercooler and the radiator once you have positioned the radiator vertically. make sure your fans are up to the duty though. may want to consider full time fan modification. (fans turn on and stay on as long as you have the car on) not run by relay

i am no aerospace engineer, but I know you want to have a belly pan that is as solid as possible for aerodynamic purposes at higher speed.
